The activity begins at 5.30 am where we welcome you at the entrance of the Las Tinas reserve with a delicious coffee and with a physical warm-up we activate our muscles, but not without applying the traditional counter medicine of the farmers in San Juan Nepomuceno, and we will enter into the path with colored wings listening to the melodious sounds of birds chirping, including the Juan Bobo-Notharchus macrorhynchos.
Let's continue on the trail we will reach a sacred lagoon where aquatic birds will be seen and we will pass by the hummingbird inn like a Caribbean amazon.
With a light snack typical of the area, we will continue on our journey and reach the Yaguare trail and we will descend after 3 hours of walking on one kilometer trails, along the way we will appreciate the beautiful flora and fauna of our beautiful reserve.
